How it works

Three steps.
Zero boxes left behind.

From the moment you call to the day your files are searchable, here's exactly what happens.

We pick up

Our team collects your boxes on-site — no boxes yet? We'll bring and pack them for you. We can also handle scheduled recurring pickups for ongoing records.

We digitize

Staples and bindings removed, pages scanned, OCR applied so text becomes searchable, and every image quality-checked before it moves forward.

We deliver & shred

Indexed files are delivered securely on a drive or via the cloud. After your review period, originals are shredded and recycled with a certificate of destruction.

Turnaround

Most projects finish in days, not months.

Small jobs (a few boxes) are often completed within a week. Larger archive projects are scoped and scheduled upfront so you always know the timeline before we start.

Capabilities

Not just flat paper.

We handle a wider range of formats than most in-house scanners can manage.

OCR & text search

Scanned pages are made text-searchable, not just image files.

Indexing

Files organized and named by whatever structure makes sense for you — client, date, case number.

Document prep

Staples, clips, and bindings removed and pages reassembled after scanning.

Microfilm & microfiche

Older archival formats digitized alongside standard paper records.

Image enhancement

Faded or low-contrast originals cleaned up for legibility.

Recurring pickups

Ongoing scanning arrangements for records generated continuously, not just a one-time backlog.

Common questions

Before you ask, we'll answer.

What file format do we get back?

Do you come to us?

Yes — pickup is included, and we can supply boxes if you don't have any.

What happens to the originals?

Shredded and recycled after your review window, with a certificate of destruction.
